My marriage is 14 years old. I filed a case under the domestic violence act for maintenance and protection order. In that complaint I also asked for a residence order in the shared household. My husband never came to court. Court has passed a maintenance order. Now my husband is not paying rent or paying anything to me.  And has run away. I’m unaware of his whereabouts. What can be done? 

My advocate is not co-operating in this matter. He told me that you should search your husband and serve a notice upon him. I think he has connived with my husband therefore, he is taking his favour. This is a very strange situation and I am facing a lot of problems due to paucity of money. please help and suggest in this situation what I should do?

Sir how to withdraw a maintenance case after the case is disposed of? My Aunt doesn’t want any maintenance so she wants to withdraw the case and file for mutual divorce since her husband has agreed to it.

I want to know whether a husband is bound to maintain his wife to whom he married fraudulently? My husband has solemnised marriage with me by concealing the fact of first marriage. My wife has filed three distinct petitions for only one remedy. She has filed an application under Section 125 crpc for maintenance. I have filed a maintenance case in 2020. Today the court has passed an interim order on the basis of husband’s income. His income is about one lakh per month. The maintenance amount is 20000/-monthly. Out of which 15000/- for me and 5000/- for both kids. My kids need more money to carry on their studies. So I want more money as interim maintenance to take care of my children. Please guide me. 

I had applied for maintenance after my husband filed a divorce. The session court has passed an order for interim maintenance, to which my husband is going to appeal in the high court to put a stay.
