I want divorce because my wife is a characterless lady

My wife has illegal relations which I did not know at the time of marriage. She is a characterless lady so I want divorce. I got married in 2008, and my marriage life is still very good till Dec 2019. In Dec 2019 I found that my wife has been characterless for so many years, approx 5 to 7 years. But I have no solid proof. After Dec 2019 to till date I found she has an abnormal negative change in her behaviour with me and my 70 years old mother. She misbehaving with me and my mom. And she gives us warnings every day about police cases. 

And finally she claims 498-A in mahila police and 125 in court. My question is that I’m ready to accept her.but she does not want to come. She claim a totally wrong case against me. I am in trouble. She is misusing ladies law. What can I do? I also have a 12 years old child with her. I think she has no feelings for me.

Can I get maintenance from my unemployed husband

Can I get maintenance from my unemployed husband? My husband is unemployed due to heavy losses in business during the Covid period. He is still not working but capable of feeding his family. Recently he has developed an illegal relationship with his ex-employee and is planning to marry her. 

Therefore, there was a lot of quarrel between us after the revelation of that relationship. Now I have left his house and am currently living with my parents. I want to claim maintenance from him.

Wife had sexual relations with a guy before the marriage

There is a girl who was live in relationship from last 2 years. She married a person and after marriage disclosed this fact. Her husband filed a petition under section 12(1) of HMA and a case of breach of trust and cheating was also filed against her. What are the provisions by which marriage can be declared as void in this situation?

Marriage when age of bridegroom is below 21 years

I want to solemnise marriage but age of bridegroom is below 21 years. We are in a relationship for past 4 years. And we decide to get married. But the girl’s family doesn’t allow her to do so. They First emotionally black mailed her. But she doesn’t listen to them. And the next day she tried to escape with me and get married. But their parents make us fake promises that please come, we will do your marriage, please come soon. And the girl trusted her parents and went back home with me.

They told us to call your parents too. We will have a conversation with them about how to do this. And that they told us that they will solemnise our marriage after diwali. For my happiness my parents accept our relationship. But the girl’s father cheated the next day. He called me and my father to do a talk and then some relatives shouted at us to go back home.

We will not do marriage in another caste, and when the girl argues they start beating her with a belt.. Now they have locked her in a room and taken her cell phone also. My Name is XXX I ‘m 20 years old, and I’m a defence personnel. Her name is XXX, She is 21 years old. She is a “Baniya”. Please Help. What are the things I can do ? What are my rights?

My mother-in-law is harassing me for getting my salary

My mother-in-law is harassing me for getting my salary. She is a very cruel lady and very greedy. I am working as a bank manager in ICICI Bank and my husband is a software engineer. My husband is lower than my salary therefore my mother in law is demanding from me  to give myself to her.  She is the dominating person in our family and my husband does not want to listen to a single word against her. I have three children so I cannot give myself to her. 

My husband does not contribute a single penny for the education and care of my children. I bear the whole expenses of my children’s education and basic needs. My mother in law does not allow me to go to my parent’s home. She instigates my husband to crack down on my ego. My mother in law commits domestic violence against me for my salary. She does not give me food if  I do not follow her direction. I need legal protection because my life is unsafe in my matrimonial home.

Stepmother is receiving family pension : Can she claim maintenance from me?

My stepmother is receiving the family pension and has all retiral benefits such as provident fund, gratuity etc. She is living a good life but claiming more money from me. I am a software engineer and currently in the USA. We are a very reputed family in our society. My mother died in 1984. thereafter my father contracted a second marriage. My stepmother is very greedy and plans to claim maintenance from me. I came to know this fact through my friends and family members. I want to know whether stepmother can claim maintenance when she is living a good life? 

Wife is planning to file a false criminal case: How should I protect myself?

Can I protect myself from being roped in a false criminal case? My wife is planning to file a false criminal case against me. She does not want to live with my joint family and is forcing me to transfer to another city. I am working in a PSU Bank and have a possibility to shift to another city. But my parents need my support hence, I don’t want to transfer from here. 

My in-laws are suggesting my wife to leave the joint family and go to any metro city to live a good life. They are very influential and dominate my wife to follow their suggestions. She starts quarreling on petty issues and tempts me to do any violence or criminal act. I am very worried about my future because she has an intention i.e. send me to jail. Please help!
