Having doubt on husband and his family for hiding something very important from me

I suspect my husband as well as my mother in law to be hiding some previous affair of my husband before marriage. Everything they tell me is a big lie. Something fraud like mindset they have got. They force me to do things that either I don’t like or things that will make an impression of me of a wicked lady. 

They keep complaining about me to other people though I don’t do any such thing. Seems like they married me just for dowry. And planning to torture me to such an extent that either I am declared mental patient or I would run away or commit suicide. In any case, they will get the advantage of my wrong image which they have created among people. 

You can investigate about me from my friends and colleagues. They try to cut me from my friends and family. What should I do in this case? As no one is in my support. My own family tries to suppress me as any kind of court case will bring disgrace to the family. I don’t have any proof. 

Where should I go? I don’t have enough money as well as time. I am 4 months pregnant with complications in pregnancy and they are always trying to kill my baby and planning to kill me or throw me out of their house. Please give me some good advice on what I should do. Police will not help without proof. What will the spy agency do? Any genuine spy agency?

Sir, I want to know that How to get maintenance after the withdrawal of application under section 125 crpc? My husband cheated me and deceitfully took my consent in the compromise deed. He promised to pay 45 lakh rupees as one-time settlement for the divorce and relinquishment of maintenance. I was in deep frustration because my husband has an extramarital relationship and my marriage was broke out within one and a half years.

My parents were also not ready but due to immense pressure from all the sides, they gave consent. He filed that compromise deed in the court and disposed of all the litigations. After getting divorced and settlement of all the legal proceedings he refused to perform the terms of compromise deed. Now I am facing a financial crisis and he refused to give any assistance what should I do?

Can wife claim residence order under the DV Act after the decree of divorce?

Sir my marriage is performed under Hindu marriage act on 10th May 2018. I came to my mother house on 18th Feb 2019. My husband filed a divorce case under 13(1)(a) saying that I am harassing him to stay separately. I filled a maintenance case under 125 crpc. His allegation is not true. Actually, he has an illegal affair with some other lady.

I noticed it and asked him with some photos, messages which I got on his mobile. Sir, how can I get residential order to stay in my husband own house?

Sir if a divorce case is disposed of then the wife will have a right to reside in his husband house? what we have to do if husband opposes it? (wife residing without his interest) Under DV Act residence order, the wife will have the total right to stay in his husband house? (without husband interest)

Section 18 of the DV Act provides such a power to the Magistrate to impose some restrictions upon the respondent to refrain himself from committing any act of domestic violence.

लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रहने वाली महिला मित्र भी भरण-पोषण का दावा कर सकती है

मैं पिछले 10 वर्षों से अपने पुरुष मित्र के साथ लिव इन रिलेशनशिप में रह रही हूँ।  मेरे एक 6 साल की बेटी भी है। विगत 3 महीनों से मेरा मित्र मुझे घर से निकालने का धमकी दे रहा है और उसने मुझसे सभी प्रकार के संपर्क समाप्त कर लिया है।  कई बार मेरा उससे बहस होती है कि अब मैं कहां जाऊंगी लेकिन वह मेरे किसी बात को नहीं मानता है, और मुझे भरण पोषण भी नहीं दे रहा है। 

हालांकि उसकी एक विवाहिता पत्नी भी है जिसके साथ वह पिछले 25 वर्षों से नहीं रह रहा है। क्या ऐसी स्थिति में मुझे भरण पोषण का दावा करने का अधिकार है? मैं अपनी बेटी के लिए भी भरण-पोषण का दावा कर सकती हूं?

Sister in law wants to expel me from the matrimonial home. She was married and living in her parent’s house with his husband and son. She is mentally irritating me and trying to let me out of the house. My husband is with my side. But the house is owned by the parents. So we can’t say anything against her. Is there any chance to get her out of the house, if I file a complaint?

Can educated wife claim maintenance under section 125 CRPC

मेरी पत्नी ने मेरे तथा मेरी मां के विरुद्ध घरेलू हिंसा का केस दर्ज किया था जो कि न्यायालय द्वारा 5 फरवरी 2020 को खारिज कर दिया गया है. इसके पश्चात मेरी पत्नी ने अपने मायके जाकर धारा 125 के अंतर्गत भरण पोषण का दावा किया है. मेरी पत्नी शैक्षणिक रूप से सक्षम है तो क्या मुझे 125 के अंतर्गत भरण पोषण देना होगा?
