Can the court direct the husband to cooperate in IVF when the husband has filed a divorce case against me? My husband refused to have a child and he filed for divorce. I want a baby. Can I get an order from court for ivf from my husband and if he does not give consent then can I do ivf from another donor by taking permission from court? 

And my husband will give maintenance to my child and me. I have the right to motherhood when my age is 35 and he is wasting time. And he has deserted me. I want a residence order and protection order in the DV case.

I want to know whether a husband is bound to maintain his wife to whom he married fraudulently? My husband has solemnised marriage with me by concealing the fact of first marriage. We were working in the same company in Chandigarh. Gradually we started to date each other. Finally we decided to get married.

At the time of marriage I did not know that he was already married. Three years after the marriage I came to know about the truth. Currently I am not working and living separately from my husband, hence, I need financial help from him. Can I claim alimony from him if he has married me without disclosing his first marriage?

Can I evict my wife from my rented house after filing of divorce case? I want separation from my wife. I filed a Divorce case in Jan 2022. My wife filed a false DV case in FEB 2022. Now she and the 2-year male child are staying in her mother’s house. She is occupying a separate portion of my rented house. She alone comes and stays in her portion 2 to 4 days a month. In this situation, how can I evict my wife? 

Marriage in young age valid or invalid

Marriage in young age valid or invalid. My question is that if a family has married their children at a young age, then their marriage will be valid? If the children have grown up later then it’s gonna be valid later? Or else it won’t be valid because the marriage happens at a young age? I just want to know more in detail about that thing. I hope you are going to give your best advice or proper details. 

Will my husband get baby boy custody?

I got married on 3rd march 2020. I have a one year old baby boy. My husband is an alcoholic smoker, drug abuser, ganja addict. He is always there in fights, he even has a sword and gun, he beats me and even has extramarital affairs. Now I have left his house for 2 months. My question is that I have done my MTech in structural engg. But I’m not working right now due to my baby. So will my husband get baby boy custody.
